I am interested in models that connect perturbations, cellular state transitions, and phenotype-level responses. Current directions include single-cell foundation model pretraining, post-training for perturbation response prediction, model deployment for biological workflows, and AI virtual cell frameworks for tumor microenvironment analysis.
