Abstract
ASD2023 expands the Allosteric Database into a broader knowledgebase for allosteric regulation. New resources include 66,589 predicted human allosteric sites, 748 allosteric PPI modulators, an allosteric hit-to-lead dataset linking 87 hits to 6,565 leads, and 456 dualsteric modulators.
